Our end of November update focuses on new layout options for pages that will have your site looking its best. . We have made some significant changes to ad displays and resolved a few issues to round out this month’s improvements. Page Layout Options for Enhanced Page Design
We are pleased to announce the availability of Page Layout Options, a new feature that provides greater control over page presentation and spacing.
This update introduces three configurable settings within the page editor sidebar:
- Extend layout to header – Removes spacing between the header and first content block
- Hide title – Suppresses the default page title display on the front end
- Extend layout to footer – Eliminates the gap between final content and footer
These options enable the creation of seamless, professional layouts particularly suited for homepages and featured pages, such as annual reports. The functionality integrates effectively with full-width content blocks, allowing for edge-to-edge designs that maximize visual impact.
Key considerations include automatic spacing preservation for advertising units and default title hiding on homepage layouts. We recommend utilizing the preview function to verify layout appearance before publication.

Other Improvements
- Improved the display of the article page header on mobile
- Ads will no longer display on pages
- Sponsorship links now open in a new tab
- Miscellaneous improvements for the display of Raptive and EmpowerLocal ads
Resolved Issues
- Resolved an issue so that BandCamp embeds with children display properly on the front end
- Ensured that products are sorted by price in ascending order regardless of their order in the dashboard
- Author pages for writers who have yet to publish an article will now display properly on the front end
