SPOTLIGHT: Image Optimizations & Cropping
- Image performance across the platform has been improved to ensure images are automatically resized to the appropriate dimensions based on where they appear on the site.
- Images now also consistently adhere to specific aspect ratios with the exception of your logo, images appearing in the body text of articles, and featured images unless they are explicitly set to a specific size.
- A new Image Cropping tool was also released which gives you complete control over how images display at various aspect ratios on your site.
Lede Beacon Dashboard
- The Lede Beacon Dashboard (https://app.ledebeacon.com/) was released in October and is available to all current Lede publishers.
- This gives you your first look into all the analytics data that has been collected about your Lede site so far. Review your Engagement data to get a sense of overall patterns on your site, and the Conversion data to understand what has the biggest impact on email and subscription growth.
- Be sure to check out the Conversion Funnel report which provides you with direct insight into how many people are making it through the checkout process, and where drop-offs occur.

Bug Fixes
- Known Issues– Lede v2 is currently under regular development. This is a list of known issues and limitations of the platform, as of 11/15/23. If you encounter an issue not on the list, including any issues with individual subscribers, please contact us via Freshdesk.
- The “Hide Featured Image” setting now works on articles.
